I purchased this item because I can no longer get Pernox scrub. This scrub does not compare to Pernox scrub, but is an adequate replacement. It is more like a liquid than a scrub with tiny scrub particles in the mix, but are so small that they barely feel as if they are doing anything. I am not sure that I will re-purchase this item or look for another that more closely matches what I had been used to.

My goodness, I loooooooooooooove this ab belt. I had a slendertone abdominal toning belt before and I didn't care for it as it felt like it was shocking me more than stimulating muscle contractions. Well, the Flex Belt is awesome! I have multiple back issues that make it difficult and unpleasant/ painful to train my abs, and I was frustrated because the rest of my body in quite toned. Well, this belt is the answer. I only got up to level 80 on the advanced setting so far and I was sore the next day. Now, let me be clear, this will not make you loose weight, but it will tone, tighten, and build your abdominal muscles without doing sit ups. You will still need to eat right and do cardiovascular exercise to burn off the fat covering your new toned abs. Also, keep in mind the more fat you have covering your abs, the higher the level you will need to use to get the electrical signal to penetrate through the fat to the muscle. Just thought I would mention that in case someone with a bit of weight to loose buys it and wonders why the can almost max out the setting when the first start. The less fat you have the more effective the belt will be. I love it. In fact, I just realized I could be using it now as I write this review lol.

I just experienced what many others here are stating. Total disappointment and frustration with the newest version of Sim City. After playing for several hours today and building my city up to a decent point, the entire game froze on me. I then got the dreaded "Server Unavailable" message, and when I was finally able to get back on, my previous game was gone. Vapor. Nothing. Very similar to the thought Maxis put into designing this title. Non-existent.

Applied this to a brick wall, concrete sidewalk and concrete driveway after pressure washing. Seems to be doing a good job of keeping the black stuff that we get here in FL off of all three surfaces.

I started with MasterCook ~10 years ago. Liked it but it would not work on my then new (2008) 64 bit computer. So I got Living Cookbook in 2008. Generally I like LC better but it has a couple significant problems that prevent if from being 5 stars:

The quality of this bag is great. After carrying it to work with me every day for the past two years, I can say it has definitely held up. With a damp wash rag, I can wipe it down and it looks as good as the day it arrived in the mail. Inside, I use a Tenba camera divider system, and keep my handheld gps, digital camera, micro recorder, and a myriad of other items safely stashed.
