Home | Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance - The Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance (CCHA) is a volunteer-run registered charitable organization made up of patients with a congenital heart defect, their friends, families, and the medical community. With your support, we aim to improve the quality of care for these patients, many of whom require lifelong expert care.

  • http://www.cchaforlife.org/about-us About Us | Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance - Since 2004 CCHA has worked closely with both adult and pediatric medical professionals and patients across Canada to raise awareness of congenital heart disease and the need for lifelong expert care. The fact is that now 90-95% of children with heart defects will live to adulthood and well beyond, and we must ensure that the care and support is there for them every step of the way. We recognize that the effects of congenital heart disease extend beyond the patient, and so we will strive to be an alliance of patients as well as our families, friends and loved-ones.

They were once considered a childhood disease, when the life expectancy was limited to a few weeks, months, and in a few cases, several years. The amazing progress over the last 50 years in diagnosis, surgery, and in the newer interventional catheter-based procedures have vastly improved survival, such that now more than 50% of people living with CHD are adults.1

This book has been super helpful in refining my regime that is designed to help me with my Chronic Fatigue burden that I have been dealing with since the 80's. Recommend for everyone as he gives you the necessary information to find your own quality line of supplements (using Amazon for research). It is up to the grownup to add one item at a time in order to determine the effect, in addition to determining what to drop that you may be currently using. With the knowledge, one should be able to design a health program to suit you. More is not better and you do not need to use every single thing for which information was provided.

  • Jennifer L. - I really like sparkling water

This coozie is a MUST for can drinkers! I really like sparkling water, such as La Croix, and soda, but hate when they get warm and then flat during summer days or at the office. This coozie allows me to drink my cans all day if needed. Though I will admit, I end up finishing my drinks within 3 hours because they stay cold and are more refreshing because of it. I almost purchased a similar, but much for expensive brand, and am very glad I went with this product because it works great.
