I was searching all over for something that defined my coarse 4a hair and did not leave flakes or hardness. After using eco styler gel, my curls were defined but very hard. So i used cantu shea butter define and shine custard. That left my hair hard and FLAKYYYY! So I took a trip to family dollar to get an eco styler gel with less hold. When i went to two family dollars and did not find any luck with my search, i turned to the other products on the shelf. I took a leap of faith and spent $5 buying this product and after one use, i can declare this to be my first staple product. It left my hair soft, NO FLAKES-and i used a lot-, and my curls defined the whole day. A wash and go is all i do now. Please give it a try and i LOVE the smell too

I've never done cleanse before so I chose this one because of how mild it was. I tried it last week and I did not get the rejuvenated feeling that I was looking for. For me any the product did not really seem to work until the third day, then after that not so much. There were no real difference in any of my bowel movements. Now in general I eat very healthy, about 90% of my food consumption is organic so I am guessing that could be a reason why it did now work so well for me. However I drink a lot of alcohol and I do smoke, the one REALLY good thing I gained from this cleanse was that during the week I did not drink or smoke a cigarette while I was on it which has really helped me curb my alcohol consumption and inspire me to keep off the cigarettes now that I am not on the cleanse. But everyone's bodies react to things differently as I am sure this product has worked very well for others, just not for me.

Super product. I got it first from someone who picked it up on sale from store going out of business. Fell in love with it but couldn't find it anywhere after that. Put this in/on everything - salads, soups, BBQ chicken/fish, some stir-fry [not Asian-style], veggies--both fresh/raw and steamed, eggs of all kinds including egg salad, sandwiches - you name it. Adds flavor without being overpowering like so many products can be. Excellent product. Find it hard to believe anyone could not like it.

Loved this book. Very well written...an easy read. I typically don't like the back and forth in the timeline, but it wasn't complex in this book so it was still easy to follow. The characters are well developed and (especially if you are married) very relatable. There were some parts that I felt were too much introspection by the main character, which I felt detracted from the suspense. But nothing unbearable. A small twist at the end. Overall, I great easy read that I highly recommend.
