I'm a sucker for the info commercials and have been fooled into buying into 'cream schemes', with doctors and melons and stuff, that rob your bank account on a monthly basis and don't work. After watching this on TV for a while and going through the reviews, I decided to give it a go. It was a 30 day trial, so I had nothing to lose. If it didn't work or I had any problems, I'd just send it back.

I first read about this book in the Costco Connection where they had all the success stories. After that I went to Jorge's web site and extensively read all the articles he has posted in his blog and also watched many of the videos with other health professionals and doctors. The plan is very simple and thats what makes it easy to follow. It is low sugar and lower carb but not truly "low carb". It is a way of living that you can stick with and can drastically change your health. I don't have alot of weight to lose but I have alot of belly fat that has accumulated on me thus my interest in trying this program. In twelve days I have lost an inch off my waist. I agree with others that you can substitue items. You don't have to follow his recipes but they are full of fantastic ideas. I, like some others just choose to read labels and eat what I like to eat but I love the idea of taking a potentially bad meal and making it much healthier which he shows over and over. You can make the plan work for you whether you follow his recipes or come up with your own. There are plenty of foods in regular grocery stores that will work you if you just take a little upfront time and read a few labels.

This SSD, for what it costs, is excellent. The performance is obviously a far cry from a normal HDD. Installing Win 10 on this drive was lighting-fast and easy as pie. Then, when the system was installed, the first booting was just blowing my head, 8 seconds, unbelievable! I even missed the Windows logo, just a flash and the Windows started to work. All my applications and games ran (at least) two times faster than before.

A dose is 2 capsules. This keeps the pill you are swallowing smaller. Easier for some of us. You can also spread out the dosage so that you take them at different times of the day. Something I like to do to get the vitamins spread out more instead of one lump amount. I like that this includes things like fenugreek to really support postpartum moms. I've never seen another vitamin have postpartum specific ingredients. So that is a big plus.
