Basically the only thing this product did was give me stomach craps and make me crap a lot. I had a weird pulsating pain behind my left eye as well. Huge was of money in my opinion, unless your constipated then I highly recommend it!

I’ll be honest. My holiday reading marathon never really kicks into high gear until I’ve got Debbie Macomber’s newest Christmas novel in my hands. Oh, sure I’ll be re-reading all of her Christmas stories right up until Christmas Eve, but I always am happy to see that new title on my shelf. This year it’s on a virtual shelf, but that’s okay.

Very fun! I'm not 100% enjoying the awkward picture it shows me of myself before and after the song, but other than that, the motion tracking is pretty accurate and the moves are fun. I use this for light exercise and it definitely gets my heart pumping after a couple songs.

Casi Cielo is by far my favorite Starbucks coffee. It is from Guatemala, a seasonal coffee, and it is rich and flavorful in a very "heavenly" way :)

Ovablend definitely helps with my anxiety caused by a minor case of PCOS. I'm not sure how well it's helping my other hormonal issues, since those are primarily invisible, but I will continue to take it and see what happens. The only downside of this product is that I absolutely must eat a decent meal with it or I get nausea and/or indigestion.

I got this for review but it came at a very bad time, my son in law saw it and was so happy he said it will be perfect for walking the dog and picking up presents in the early morn and late at night. so now they are enjoying what I was going to get for myself .Little kids big kids where did I go wrong.. Thank you all for making my family happy. thank you for allowing me to be able to give such a wonderful gift . this is all from my heart and it is all very honest phoyo will be coming

Be careful if you have digestive tract issues such as IBS or Colitis. I took this just one time, a few drops in water, and it caused my IBS to flare up and made me sick, so obviously I won't be ingesting this anymore. I don't mind the smell, so I might diffuse it, but I doubt that will have any weight loss effect.
