    The Fact that you have to use the K-Cup brand cups only and can not use the "my cup" reusable cup is the reason I returned mine to the store. It may be different if the coffee was resionablely priced but the amount of coffee that we go throught in my house, It's just too much $!

    Very unhappy - only the third time I loaded D-cell batteries in the charger, a spring on one of the plates busted and one of the four charger docks is useless. Very irritating since we use it to recharge batteries on a baby mobile. I was very careful when loading the batteries, as I always am - the spring just broke with no warning, and the end plate won't hold itself against the battery to charge it.
