    The quality of the oils is great and they smell wonderful in our diffusers. The only issue is the essential oils come out of the bottle in a stream(even if you tip it upright each time) so it"s difficult to count drops.

    After using for a month, I hate this machine. The vacuum part does not work any more and the steam leaves streaks all over the floor. I have to mop after using it. Sort of defeats the purpose. I followed all the instructions but to no avail. Customer service was of no use. Think twice about buying this if you have laminate floors.
