I have been looking for a product since they stopped making the Z Bar that I used. This one is great. I use it on my face and body and it really helps my skin. It is so soothing and has no fragrance which I think is a great feature. I would recommend it for anyone with sensitive skin.

I loved this product until I went it gluten free. I can no longer use it. I get a face and head rash because of my gluten allergy

iHealth products are great and very innovative. HOWEVER; as a Newly Diagnosed individual with pre Diabetes. I’m a little upset with the purchase process. If at this point you feel the need to presume I am naive, then please do so. - Here goes. When purchasing the products for checking my glucose levels. I never once saw in the Amazon description, nor in the related items that I would need a “Control Test Solution” proprietary or otherwise. I never even knew such a thing existed. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was when I received my iHealth items from Amazon, only to discover that I needed testing solution first, or my results would have been way off. I searched for a way to advise Amazon of this “snag” in the process, and when I could not find one. I had to resort to offering my experience here. I honestly had no idea that a “Control Test Solution” or as they are referred to as “Coding Solution” was needed. I spent hours on the weekend in a futile effort to find that damn solution. I didn’t find it and had to buy a completely new testing system that displayed a “NON-CODING” advisor.....

I wouldn't even give this one star but it's necessary for rating. DO NOT BUY THIS. I actually spoke to someone who has PCOS and is a nutritionist on the phone before I purchased this and asked about side effects. I understand that she's not a doctor but she's revered in the PCOS world. Anywho, she assured me that generally there are not adverse or extreme side effects. She was really wrong. I did as recommended and started with one packet mixed with water and drank it with my dinner. About two hours later my stomach began to cramp in the worst way and I experienced diarrhea over the next hour or so over multiple trips to the bathroom. I thought my reaction to the Ovasitol was over until later that night when I woke up and my stomach was going crazy. I just barely made it to the bathroom before becoming violently ill and vomiting up everything I'd eaten since lunch. I haven't had to vomit since I was 12, I never get physically sick when I take meds so this all caught me by surprise. I had to call out of work the next day because I was in physical pain and had chills. I don't think I've ever sweated so much! I also experienced and am still experiencing slight chest pain. I'm not TTC but I was hoping this would help with my other PCOS symptoms. I won't be taking this again. All in all just don't take this. It's not worth it.
