This was a fairly enjoyable book for most of its length, though nothing really exceptional or particularly creative. The ending was exciting though I felt that there wasn't enough buildup to it. In the end, the protagonist and the mysterious paladin defeat a servant of the evil god Castor. Unfortunately, there is no mention of Castor before this. Having read Tolkien, Terry Brooks and David Eddings and many others, I know that an evil god or wizard is pretty much de rigeur for books of this genre, so I was able to accept that there must be one, but I don't think an author should rely on his readers knowing this. Had Castor been mentioned closer to the beginning, with everyone shuddering at his name, it would have been better.
I really like this, it is great for my kids hubby and myself. I really like how it has a holder and seperator for the tools too. So they aren't shoved in a drawer somewhere and get all gross. I really appreciate it! This is a great thing to use to keep your teeth and gums healthy! Thank you!
One of the things about post-menopause life they don't tell you is how you (well, mostly Caucasians?) will grow tiny white facial hairs...some so invisible to you that they can get embarrassingly long before you know it. Sire, they come off with waxing or depilatory creams, but I also have them right on my lip line and while those options worked for most of my upper lip area, they really irritated my lips, and so were usually missed. Plucking them was a pain, and post-cataract surgery, they're really hard to even see.
Longmire in book form and Longmire on TV are twin universes. I prefer the book universe, but casting Starbucks as Vicki was a counterintuitive act of genius. In this adventure, the posse goes to biker heaven and stumbles into an ATF gun running nightmare. Another gem.
The product pictured (which is what I wanted) was NOT the product I received. I received the Philips Zoom! Why not just post THAT? I hate feeling duped!!!!!!
