I purchased this device after viewing an advertisement in Scientific American. I'll list the good points and bad points; I am selling this item and have been very disappointed with some of the results.
All I know is that I used Cataclean in my attempt to resolve a 0420 engine code that indicated Catalytic System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1 (I only have one bank - four cylinders). My Suzuki SX4 had about four gallons of 87 octane gas in it. I poured one Cataclean bottle into the fuel tank and drove it about 20 miles. I proceeded to WOT (wide open throttle), a.k.a floored it, a half dozen times for about three seconds each time from 60 mph. I then filled up the tank with 87 octane gas - station claims less than 10% ethanol. Upon returning home, the check engine light turned off. I haven't driven it since and have another bottle ready in case the check engine light goes on again. As a note, the car isn't driven hard (newly licensed driver's car) so was it just in need of blowing out the carbon by driving hard or was it the Cataclean or a combination of both? I decided to give you more information so that you can draw your own conclusions.
Plumps well, I love the light pink color of "Kim". I only wish it moisturized better, and I'm a little concerned because my tube didn't come with an overwrap or seal of any sort...I would but it again but I just hope the next one I get it sealed so I know it hasn't been opened.
I would give it a 4.5 but this computer does come pre-installed with a lot of bloat wear. Meaning software and program companies pay bit brand computer computer big dollars for computers to be sold pre-installed with there software. Many computer companies are doing this these days. The bad thing is this bloat where is exactly as it sounds it makes your computer run slow as hell sometimes to the point of freezing. Removing the bloat where is a good option and improves the computer greatly. Only thing is some of the bloat wear on the computer is asus bloat wear and removing the wrong thing could make the computer crash or become worse. Its best if you know how to properly unistall programs or get someone who does. This being said with the effort or removing bloat wear and now with doing computer updates. Its losing a star and a half because of the work to get it to be a good working and fun functioning computer. I give this computer a 4.5 star because with updates and bloat wear removal it works really good.
Great looking product, but does affect your radio coverage. Not a huge deal in a urban/suburban area like DC, but out in the country forget about it. I lose most DC stations around Stafford or Haymarket.
