I'm a hardcore foodie/chef/baker and in the process I've gained about 20 unwanted pounds. I decided to use the year 2011 to try several different fitness/diet plans and see what works best for me.

I just finished my 3 treatment. So far, I have seen a slight improvement with each treatment. I have also noticed a little bit of sensitivity after this 3 round. I have extremely sensitive teeth so I'm surprised it took 3 treatments. I may take a few days off.
