  • Ranch Girl - Easy to follow and it works!

    This book provides some simple rules that are easy to follow. It is not a "diet" as much as a way of eating for a healthy lifestyle. You don't go hungry, and you do loose weight. This is not a low carb diet, but it is a reduced carb diet. The authors provide a good explanation as to what causes your body to store fat. The simple rules require that when you eat high carb foods you also eat protein in a 2:1 ratio while never exceeding 30g carbs at a given time. You are allowed a reasonable amount of fat as well. The foods you eat are very similar to the South Beach Diet, but I like this better because of the simple rules about the protein and carb combining, and I don't like to follow menus in a book.

    Toshiba chromebooks have a known issue: they periodically disconnect from wifi and the screen freezes. Toshiba support is helpless and the online forums do offer some help. I returned two of the 2015 models because I could not get them to stop disconnecting. When they do, you have to reboot, which can be a hassle.

    So I have been taking these on and off for several years and they work for me. They keep things 'flowing' so you can lose the unwanted weight. I work out a lot, however, I noticed that even when I take month long breaks, these still work to keep weight off. I like these pills!!!!

    I bought a sMaid handle that fits my RTIC tumbler in a way that the 30oz will fit into a normal size cup holder with ease (it's more flexible and easier to push the bottom part of the handle up towards the wide part of the tumbler).

    2014 and 2015 are two different programs from a functional scoping perspective and should have been sold (or be warned) as such. You removed 30 to 40% of the functionality of 2014 and charged me to boot.
