I have been doing decorative finishes for 20+ years. The Rustoleum Countertop Transformations is without a doubt the worst product I have ever tried. I very carefully followed all of the instruction when doing my clients counter 4 times. Each time the color came out uneven and unacceptable. I tried to do the patching 4 times that the guide says is very easy to do. Each time I got a ring around the patched area that was unacceptable. When contacting their customer service I got conflicting advice. The client is still not happy and is talking about taking the whole thing out and replacing it with Formica which would have been much easier anyway. The guarantee covers the cost of the materials but will not cover my labor for all of my failed attempts or the cost of replacing it with something else.

I have always bought my travel books, specifically Frommers, since I like to mark them up and doggie-ear specific pages of my interests. I buy them all from Amazon, but I tend to read the reviews first, which are generally very helpful. The one recurring theme from the reviews was how thick and cumbersome the book is. I went and checked out an older version from my library, 2011 (which was the same thickness, I gather) to see all the fuss and I don't think it's that bad. The info in the book is super helpful, like all Frommers, about the best museums, sites, things to do, along with helpful tips such as advance ordering of tickets for the Uffizi Gallery in Florence so you're not standing in line x 2hrs. I hated that I couldn't underline or mark anything! Yes, the book is a little heavier than most other Frommers books but to me, it covers alot for the money. You most likely will either leave it at home after you've gotten all the info you need or you'd leave it in your hotel room. It wouldn't be a big deal to pack it along for me though--I tend to read the section again just for fun after I've visited the area, and often times say, "Ah, yes."

First thing that I do when I get essential oils is do the paper test to check for purity. This one failed the test, so it is not 100 percent. Unfortunately, this kind of deception is pretty common when it comes to essential oils.

Admittedly, the price reduction is enough to scare off the discerning consumer. If it's so great, why the discount? It's already reasonably priced, even if the size is a bit small. But, it was for the guest room on my yacht (not the master bedroom, puh-leeze), so I figured I'd slum it a little. In the end, I was very satisfied.

As a 35 year old mother of 2, I was intrigued by an offer a close friend of mine made regarding a product called Simply Fit Board….an exercise tool. She said it would be no charge if I would write an unbiased product review. After reviewing several videos on You Tube, I was excited to start my exercises. In about 2 weeks I had progressed from the simple balancing techniques to the more aggressive use of legs and body parts. The exercises are neatly balanced into my schedule ….working around the care of my young children. Now into my Balance board use for 3 months, it has become not only convenient but also rewarding and “important”. I love my Simply Fit Board and intend to use it as much as possible. Even the kids love to "spin" on it!! Thank you Simply Fit Board!
