I became interested in this book after hearing an interview with Dr. Cherniske. Although some of the book is of a technical nature, the illustrations, personal stories and plain speech make it a rather fast and easy read. Plus, the hope for a healthier lifestyle found here are encouraging to say the least. I love having a choice and certainly plan to put this information to personal use.
I love my Word 2010. I really needed it! Easy to use. Easy to learn. Would recommend it to anyone!
Provides instant relief for itching, growing pregnant bellies. I quite like the smell and love the fact that it is not very oily and doesn't leave oil stains on clothes. I use this on my face and sometimes for my hair as well. Calms frizzy hair and works great for combination skin. I love this product. Not sure if is effective for stretch marks yet. I have a few puberty stretch marks on my hips and I don't think they're fading or disappearing. I doubt any product can completely remove stretch marks though, so I wasn't really expecting this oil to remove them.
I am 30 and have had mild to moderate acne all of my life. Most of my breakouts are in the chin area. I have been using this system for 2 weeks and it seems to be clearing up my skin, but if you're looking for a product that works quickly, this is not it. That being said, it is clearing up the acne, and my skin is looking better day by day. I used the system night and day (and although you're not really supposed to, I spot treated the nasty pimples a few times a day with the Step 3 lotion.) My skin is pretty sensitive and I could feel the effects of drying a bit, mostly under my eyes, so I would consider at least moisturizing there after each use. When I could feel my skin getting too dry I cut down the use to night only, with spot treatments of Step 3. I did notice a reduction in pores on my nose as well. Be careful when touching clothing and towels, the peroxide can have a bleaching effect on fabrics. Overall a good system to use daily, for mild to moderate acne. I have actually tried Proactive and loved it, but for the price, I would use this again if it keeps my skin mostly clear. I would suggest this item for anyone to try at this price. I need to give it more time to see if it has any preventative qualities as well.
Very easy game doesn't have a lot of replay ability the game is very short and can be done in a few hours.
I was pretty impressed by this walking stick. It’s pretty customizable for people of all sizes and different terrains. The handle and the soft cushion below the handle make it comfortable to use the walking stick for long periods of time. The height of the stick is easy to adjust as needed. It has a spring to absorb shock and seems pretty sturdy. It also has a convenient little compass on top of the handle. This walking stick seems great. The only thing I would say is, personally, I wouldn’t get this unless I was taking some serious hikes on some difficult trails. I got this walking stick because I was able to get it at a discount, but if it weren’t for that, I probably wouldn’t want to spend $20 on it. But, for those of you that are hardcore hikers and mountain climbers, this walking stick will probably serve you well.
I drink this almost every morning for breakfast. I keep it at my desk and use my blender bottle. I drop in two scoops and an ice cube and shake until blended. It tastes great and keeps me full through a long morning and my afternoon, pre-lunch workout. Depending on my day, I'l have a second shake for lunch if I'm on the move.
