I am not into fad diets, I'm not into counting calories or points, and anything I do has to be fairly easy. This plan works and it's easy. I read labels and look up sugar and carb values on foods I don't know, but basically generalize how much I've eaten each day. I've been on it for a month, and granted, really didn't need to lose any weight, but I'm almost 50 and the little roll around my belly was bugging me, especially in "side" view pictures, and my post holiday indulgences rendered my clothes too tight. I didn't weigh or measure because I really didn't want to know and prefer measuring my results about how I feel and how my clothes fit. After only one month, my little roll is gone, my clothes fit, I don't even crave sugar and I've lost fat in other areas too. The positive surprise, however, is that my daily headaches are completely gone, I have much more energy and the nasty side effects of not having a gall bladder have disappeared too. My biggest adjustment was the fruit, I used to eat at least five servings a day, plus several dark chocolates. Substituting vegetables for fruit has been easy, I still get my nightly glass of red wine, and I don't even want the chocolate anymore. I would recommend this diet to anyone.

After being a satisified Acronis user for number of years, I was very disappointed when I upgraded to Windows 7 to find so many negative reviews for Acronis TI 2010. Initially I decided to look elswhere since apparently the product and service had turned to cr-p, However I did not find anything that looked any better and finally took a chance figuring the most I could lose was the purchase price. Anyhow I have been pleasanty surprised that nothing I have experieced has been anywhere as extreme as was reproted in the negative reviews. To be sure I had a few problems, the product key is ridiculous and yes similar to one reviewer I had problems, but it took only two corrections, no big deal, it was not the big issue portrayed in the review below. I found the same to be true of support, several of the reviewer complained strongly of the lack of support. I had initially problems creating a bootable cloned image, however the work around was immediately available on the Acronis support site. (the Windows power settings were the problem). Anyhow it is installed and working as advertised with no additional issues. Despite the few problems I had, my sense is that the product is highly usable and recommend it.

I want to give an honest assessment because I know how hair loss affects each of us. I've been losing my hair since I was 20 and have done everything under the sun to fight it off. I've reached a point in my life, after some surgeries, where I've got about 30-40 percent density over the entire top of my head and a little less in the back. I have run out of donor hair and was stuck with either having to wear a hair system or use a masking product. When I first started using this I was prepared to give it a lower rating. It didn't seem to apply evenly and ran very easily with a little sweat or water. After applying it a dozen times it got easier and was more effective so don't necessarily give up after the first couple of tries.
