I have found this season to be very uneven. I'm not sure if it'd related to the demise of one of the Shepherds or the vast cast. And I am sometimes confused by who is dating whom and who is related to whom. The episode that culminated in the divorce of two doctors was a mishmash that was very unsatisfying. I hate to think the series is running out of steam because it has been such great TV. I will continue to watch through this season and see what happens. Much as I hate to say it, maybe there should be more men in power roles.

Jodie's world comes crashing down one weekend when her entire family is taken out by a rival mob (the Italians) she was quite niave growing up and it was only in recent years that she realised her family was part of the mob, her dad was actually head of the Irish mob, she ends up being taken and held captive she's given to Dante who's ordered by his boss to look after her until her fate is decided he's not happy about having her being held up in his apartment but he has to follow orders, he may be part of the mob but he doesn't believe in cruelty towards woman let alone selling them to become sex slaves which is what his boss is planning to do with Jodie. The more time Dante spends with Jodie the more he wants her, he wants her to submit to him he knows she's attracted to him so he decides he's going to make her his and nobody is going to take her away from him even if it means choosing her over the only family he's known. I couldn't put this book down I ended up reading it in one sitting, I love a good mafia book and this didn't disappoint,

I got this set to keep down at our second location for times when I don't have my full tool kit and its done well with being dropped in salt water ( always washed and oiled after) and used in a professional boat shop.
