These are better than OEM. You do not need additional clips to install these. Follow the instructions and take your time on the first install (I spent maybe 30mins) and the second (about 10mins) will be a brreze. Remember these holes do not all line up exact, you can drill them out or start each screw by hand, then tighten them without the need to drill. Worked on my 05 Taco with fender flares.

Before buying this, I would describe VR as follows: I originally pre-ordered this when it was announced... cancelled it... then decided to give it another try just to see what it was all about. Now after a weekend using this thing, I can enthusiastically say that whole VR experience delivers an entirely new level of interactive gaming. I was just amazed by everything about this. I am sure the Vive and Oculus are better but for the console gamer that already has a PS4, this thing was sensational. Graphics were not as pixelated as other reviews make them out to be and the entire package just came together beautifully. Everything from the boxing and setup was very well organized and the overall experience is superb. The coolest piece of technology I have used maybe ever in terms of evolutionary leap. It makes the motion controls from the last gen feel like a board game in comparison.

I have had this thing on my truck for almost a month now. It is high quality and fits perfect. I like that when it is on the truck, it is secure and I have no worries about it, but it only takes a couple of minutes to take it off for hauling large stuff. I had a much more expensive hard fold-able on my old truck, I prefer this one big time.
