Total Transformation is truly an awesome program. As a behavior specialist I have seem some great results with using some of Dr. Lehman techniques. My personal favorite is to redirect and to move on to other coping skills. Encourage the child not to get stuck on bad feelings. I highly recommend the Total Transformation program to parents, teachers, counselors and other professional adults who work with children.

I am so thankful for Shane Ellison's book. I bought it first for me from Amazon then I ordered four more for friends and family. I have been researching information on alternative medicine for some years now. I have received a lot of my information from the Life Extension Foundation and Dr. Mercola. I tend to buy supplements for my mother, stepfather and other family members, however, this gets to be quite expensive, In addition to buying vitamins and supplements for me and my significant other. Now I have other resources where I can get some of my supplements. I have also gotten vitamins from Vita Cost. Shane's book is invaluable because you don't always know if you are getting the proper ingredients. Also, since I try my best not to take traditional medicines, I now have more information to add to my arsenal in my quest for better health for me, as well as those I care about. This hot cream is excellent source for deep tissue muscle relief and pain management. It goes on easy isnt oily or greasy, rubs in smooth and effective immediately. It does have a smell but not overwhelming to where you can not stand to have it on you.

This book is a foundation of Step 1 preparation. Its a must buy in my opinion. The book is filled with high yield info, charts, mnemonics, and pictures. The 2012 edition was the first edition to go color but this one seems like a much better because most of the glaring errors have been fixed. A few tips: use this book throughout the school year as you go through your courses and take notes on it. This will help when review time comes. I also took my book to Staples and got it spiral bound, it makes reading and annotating much easier. Good luck everyone.
