I grew up very healthy, moved to the United States when I was 16, then I had a deadly allergy attack (acute anaphylaxis) while playing tennis at the age of 23. Immediately following that incident I started experiencing many symptoms from chronic fatigue, bloating, depression, anxiety, joint pain, constipation, diarrhea, acne, asthma, ear infections, sinus infections. After going to an allergist, rheumatologist, gastroenterologist, and 4 other general physicians, all my doctors were clueless as to what why these symptoms were persisting. I had to go online trying to put together the very disorganized data about the gut to schizophrenia relationship. And sure enough, after my brother had a similar test like mine, we saw his gut had a few pathogenic parasites, an overgrowth of Candida Albicans, and very high IgG and IgA responses to dairy. After I put him on a paleo like diet the results were amazing. It was an instant improvement, the changes in his mood and cognitive capabilities were more than we could have ever expected. This well-written book has a wealth of information about the importance of gut health from a very credible and passionate medical professional. The 25 page bibliography is a testament to the quality and validity of the book. I love this book, and I just wish everyone were aware about the information inside.

OMG! Love, love, love the Nurtibullet!! Not to sound like a lunatic, but this machine has changed my life. I feel AWESOME. I am now having organic spinach, carrots, black beans, pineapple and banana for breakfast. And it tastes GOOD and is super filling. I just turned 44 and until recently, my eating habits were really horrible. Standard American processed crap, lots of fast food and sweets. And I felt like crap. I was sick all the time, I had a cold that morphed into pneumonia and my cough was not going away even months later. My feet and legs hurt terribly. I was a hot mess. Exhausted all the time. Depressed. Overweight. I really felt like I was on the cusp of having a major life event like a stroke or heart attack. I have two young children and I was ashamed of my eating habits and scared of dying early and not being around for them because of bad choices I was making. I started taking out books on nutrition from the library and doing a lot of research. Ultimately, I decided to follow Dr. Furhmans Eat to Live program. In a nutshell, the diet is fruit, veggies, beans, nuts and seeds. That's it. I know. Seems impossible. But this nutribullet lets you follow the program effortlessly. The change in me is dramatic. It has only been a few weeks, but I feel incredible. All my pains are gone. I feel so much better MENTALLY. Anyone who is thinking of buying this machine should go for it. It does exactly what is says it will. It grinds frozen pineapple and organic berries and everything else into a beautiful smoothie. All the nutrients are intact and the machine cleans up in a snap. I love this machine. Buy it. Change your life and buy it.

The mice ate through the bag and used as bedding ... didn't work at all ... from my experience, old school moth balls is working the best. We live in the country and have food stored for goats and horses ... moth balls "stink" but seems to repel the mice much better than anything else we've tried so far.

I have a twelve year old and she loved this book. She said it was a perfect book, since she is into all dramatic things. It's basically about the problems a twelve year old girl faces in middle school and how she conquers them.

I enjoyed reading this book. From my own experiences, I could identify with the main character and many times found myself relating. Though as many reviewers commented on, this is not a psychological thriller. This is a contemporary fictional novel. There was a somewhat surprise at the end, which was not where the book and it's story were leading to, but not at all shocking. So anyone looking for "thrills and chills" like Gillian Flynn, this is definitely NOT it. For others who like stories along the lines of Liane Moriarty this would do, in my opinion.

This book was in excellent condition and well worth the price. If you are a student you need to save wherever you can. The books on Amazon are in better condition and the price is better than the used books at the college bookstore. The only problem is the length of time it takes to get the book. The teacher start assigning homework the first day and if you have to wait for your financial aid to get your books you have to have them by the second class period.
