My life has never been so busy and stressful when I started working. Because of this, my idea of living has also changed. My behavior turned more strict. I am forgotten how to enjoy the beauty of life. Then I turned into meditation, and my mindfulness is back again. My perspective was fixed in a way that I became more appreciative of the things around me. I guess all my worries are gone too. Now I decided to run meditation more often.

I has spent hours with my son looking up at the night sky and teaching him all he knows about the stars. This is a basic kit, but good value for money. Not for the serious star gazer, but a good introduction.
