If you have blood pressure problems and you have large arms you know what a pain those standard cuffs can be. If you happen to have an assistant they are not as much a problem but you have to rely on someone else to help you. My mother-in-law has very small arms and the cuff is easy to adjust to her arms, as well. I have several of these self help blood pressure monitors and they are difficult to install and use. Sometimes they are not very accurate. Get this iHealth device. The cuff slides on easily and while the rubber cable is only a meter it is no different than my other monitors. Plug in the iPhone or iPad and start the app. The accuracy is great, actually certified to be accurate. While it has not lowered my blood pressure it is a big help to easily read what it is running.

I've done most of the entire program on modify because of my weight I couldn't do the jumping or hoping stuff. My results are still mind blowing. I lost 10 inches off of my waist in 10 weeks. My size 18 jeans were getting too tight when I started, now im in a size 12. Hands down best ever. I'll never do anything else. Now I'm going to start over without modify.

I am now on my second round of Amberen. I decided to try the product after I began having horrible hot flashes which seemed to come on over night. It took a while for the product to work, but slowly the hot flashes became less severe and eventually they completely diminished. Now, on the down side, my peroids were quite irregular and becoming very light, but after taking the product they have resumed to their normal flow and regularity! So if you hate your period be fair warned. I personally would rather have a period and hold on to the health and age related benefits ie: heart health, skin, etc. I am 51 and feel like I am 31...for me Amberen really did make 50 the new 30! Very satisfied customer :)

Avast used to be very good and came highly recommended. In fact I used avast for near 7 or 8 years. Now with all the ads and popups it is just rather annoying anymore. I understand what they are trying to do to make money, but enough already with the popups that just will not go away until "X"d out.

Keeps things cool for a long time. I had a party and we put drinks and ice in it and the next evening the drinks were still cold. It lasted about 48 hours before all the ice was gone.

Stride Rite once again delivers a really cool, light up sneaker for my daughter. These fit as expected, but I always size up a half size for some room to grow. The lights are super bright and my daughter loves running around in them. I bought the rainbow colorway for girls, and my daughter has had several compliments.
