I had a Roxio Many years ago it worked very well it was a little pricey. I decided to buy a new version the Pro 11 model. Bad decision it is only marginally compatible with windows 7. When we installed it windows would not start up without considerable trouble. Assistance from Roxio is marginal at best. I have decided I probably spent my $100 on a white elephant. Since I have deleted it no problem I am wondering if it is worth the hassle. I get replies from Roxio but mostly talking to a computer not a live person nothing personal nobody is interested in my problem since they have my money
I love these brushes!! They are made very well and are holding up beautifully!! I love that they are all different sizes and angles. They really work beautifully with all of the paints and materials I have used them with.
I write this review sadly, as I still think the product is far better than comparable products (like Quickbooks). However, I must agree with everyone who has given poor reviews for support, and add to that a poor review for customer service. With one notable exception, no one I have ever spoken with at Sage has cared even the slightest amount for making sure I was a happy customer when I got off the phone with them. They are more concerned with arguing with you about why they are right and your complaints are not valid, than seeing what they can do to make you happy to have purchased their product. In this day and age, customer service is the single most important factor in securing ongoing customer loyalty, and it is a poor business decision indeed to think you can keep unhappy customers hostage through high switching costs.
No back support, echoing others reviews and this is why we returned. Liked all the other features, but my daughter looked uncomfortable while riding in it.
So we starting losing hubcaps on the 2004 Toyota family van. After eleven years the stick hubcaps just tarted giving up. Time for replacements and these were attractive because why would one need to replace with stick hubcaps? The only difference is there is not a Toyota logo in the center. I can live with that. Had to contact the company and about tracking and they were very helpful. Simple to install, Good fitment and the right price.
